For the Louisville PASTA RUN...we have added a HALF MARATHON to the regular 10k, 5k and Kids Spaghetti Mile. 

All our races are TRAIL...trail shoes NOT Needed, as we run un hard compact drirt and gravel and no technical roots or turns.

8:30am        Trail Half Marathon

10:00am      5K and 10k Trail Races

11:30ish       KIDS Spaghetti Mile

**- we are doing a late start for this race so that everyone is HUNGRY for the Pasta and Ice Cream. Arrive early.

LIMITED to 500 Runners.   Registration is open from January 10 until we sell out. Sorry, we can only accomodate so many Pasta Bowls, Pasta and Space in the Expo Eating Area. (We sold out in 2019 & 2025...but we have added 75 entries this year!) 

NO TIME LIMITS! We NEVER limit our times on any of our races...we allow runners, walkers, strollers and kids. We have no age limits for our 10k or 5k...all our welcome. We only ask if runner is under 17, that they have run a Half Marathon prior to this race.

Our prices are set $5 more than most races to offset our high costs of Custom Made Bowls, Etched Fork, Finisher Medal and all the food...a GREAT DEAL...and wouldn't be possible without our sponsorship of Via Toscana Restarante! We do offer a $20 more fee for VIP Runner Section:...includes a wine glass, apron, and option of chef hat or shirt.

YES. The trails are wide, compact and no problem to bring your family and stroller. Please start in the rear.

Dogs Always Welcome at our races as well... we even plan to have an AWARDS Ceremony for our TOP DOGS...the race is in the USA... so "everyone" MUST be included!  NOTE- the Park has a LARGE DOG PARK for your furry friends to plaz for hours while tou run and eat.

There will be a waiting list for the RUN when we sell out...we have to also accommodate our PICK 3 Runners for the race...but many times runners need to change events or get hurt...NOTE: We always offer a transfer...it is what makes us different. We have 9 races to choose from.

Kids Over 5 are allowed to run by themselves...and we encourage that! This Race is all about THEM and their achievement! BUT...parents can all run with the kids...but stay in  the back...let them go at their pace, it all about FINISHING. If Parents had run earlier in the day and have a bib...they can run for FREE. If a Parent wants to Run and Eat and get a medal, please pay the $13/$15 for us to cover food costs.

YES. We plan to bring and have extra pasta, so for a $10 fee, your NON RUNNERS can get a Food Ticke at the Event and get a PLATE of pasta, bread, and ice cream.    *custom bowl not included

YES. Please let us know atleast 7 days before the race if you want to change DOWN to a shorter distance. Try NOT to do it Race Day!

We have 2 options for PACKET PICKUP:    Either way is fine with us!!
