5K TRAIL RUN
5k Trail Run- 10:00am START
An open trail race on packed gravel and compact dirt. Road shoes are of. Course is not rocky. The FLAT and FAST Course can accomodate Strollers and Dogs. Walkers are allowed and there is no time limit.
10K TRAIL RUN
10k Trail Run- 10:00am START
An open trail race on packed gravel and compact dirt. Road shoes are of. Course is not rocky. The FLAT 1st 5k and FAST run...then heads East up a Steep 200m hill with amazinmg views...this course can also accomodate Strollers and Dogs. Walkers are allowed and there is no time limit. The 5k and 10k Runners start together...10k Runners add a 5k Eastward and Back.
Half MARATHON TRAIL RUN
Half Marathon Trail Run- 9:30am START
An open trail race on packed gravel and compact dirt. Road shoes are ok for this race. Starting 30 minutes earlier...the Half Marathonrs run the first 5k...and stay on the 10k course east..but head straight East after Mile 4.5 on the 10k course...continue East on the Trails for 4 more miles before they turn-around and return on this Out-and-Back Course back to the Finish Expo. 2 Hills on t his course are 1/2 mile long and climb 150 feet each. NO TIME LIMIT!!

RACE and EXPO LOCATION:
One the best parks and expo locations in Boulder Country...adn why we produce 4 races from this location. A bit hidden and just 6 blocks South of Old Town Louisville... PARKING
Parking is limited in the LOT just East of the Park...and parking is allowed on Bella Vista until 9:00am. Otherwise all neighborhoods are open to park, just do not block any driveways.
